His team won the regular season convincingly.
They won the 3 series and lost just 3 matches in the process. (4:1, 4:0, 4:2)
They trailed in the Finals 2:1 after being absolutely crushed at home in game 3. But Ward managed to turn the series around.
He did one hell of a job.

Good point, a few key people in the front office and behind the bench graduated to bigger jobs. Tough to replace some of those guys.Ward to Sacco is an overlooked reason as one of the many why this season sucked
