Basically stay in contact with them by watching them play in person through out their seasons, talk about what they need to do to improve their game and overall well being, etc.......that’s for ncaa and Jr players.
Pro players (example Iowa), they actually go on ice and work with the individual players on skills skating or what ever they see a weakness in

What impressed about Lodnia? His skating, skills, or? I'm assuming he didn't punch someone out.

It would be HUGE if the Wild could develop Lodnia into a player.

His puck skills, acceleration and transitions all seemed to be a step a head of everyone. He also seems to have a very quick release. His puck skills are what really stood out to me though, very rarely lost control of the puck when working his way in and out of obstacles.Very fluid.

Though, to be fair, if everybody on his team played a fully healthy season he'd still only be 5th or 6th in scoring. Seems like a really deep team.

Just to clarify (since usually there are questions about that), that means his deal now ends at the end of 2021/22 season.
Yeah, the original contract was terminated and replaced by the new one for 3 seasons until the end of 21/22.

Ah, thanks.

Don't know that it matters, unless Svetlakov starts to produce more points. Seems like he is the sort of player who wouldn't command much more than a minimum contract in the NHL as is, and I would guess that wouldn't be too enticing. Maybe things will change as his game matures, or perhaps he will get antsy and want to try to take his shot at the NHL.

unfortunately his #s aren't good enough to sign him & play him on kaprizov's line , which i think was the orig reason we drafted him.

I like what little I know about Svetlakov. It's possible he will be a late bloomer offensively.
