Nice pace to the period, ice kind of blows
Senyshyn, Bjork, Studnicka and Petrovic with 2 shots each
They are rolling 4 lines pretty equally

My 2nd period thoughts

Studnicka, steen, lauko, zboril, lauzon look good and show flashes and bursts of speed through the neutral zone. Particularly studnicka and lauko. zboril and lauzon look very comfortable with the puck offensively. Steen just looks like he hustles harder than anyone on the ice. He also seems like he knows where to go. Looks like a pro.

Senyshyn, Frederic, Hughes, vaakananien look like they belong in the ahl. Either haven’t noticed them or been underwhelmed. Frederic tried to fight but rubstov didn’t bite. Senyshyn for all his speed I don’t really notice it


3rd period thoughts

Vaakananien with a good break up on a 2-1 laying out and blocking rubstovs passing lane

Lauko still very fast through the zone

Senyshyn looks like he skates in quicksand

Hughes and Frederic has a 2-1 and Hughes should have shot but made a pass

Bruins outplayed legace hasn’t been good, pretty out of control terrible rebounds but he also hasn’t been beat yet

good passing play sets up gaunce for a PP one timer

Steen with the steal and dish to Paul Carey for the tap in. Good heads up play. He’s going to be good.

Lauko and steen my favorite forward prospects

Best players for Lehigh Greg Carey and German rubstov

My favourites so far have been Lauko and Steen. They initiate contact and go into the corners hard. Lot's to like about this team and it's only the first game.
