0-2 to start the season
Coaching staff have lots of work to do
Zone time was very poor
Defense cant clear, seem a step behind and reactionary
Got completely outplayed in the 3rd
Poor effort from a few of the " better players"
Without Vladar they would have been blownout
Other than that I enjoyed the weekend games

I'd like to add some more hot takes here
I want to give credit to the Laval announcers they did a really good job of adding in Providence players during ]play by play, even in a different language I was able to follow the action, they were a much better crew than Hartford had Friday night which was all about Rangers,Rangers Rangers
Speaking of Rangers,ROG had himself a solid game Friday night, meanwhile Ryan Lindgren was pretty meh and Sean Day looked like he had a Happy Meal with a large Coke before the game, good luck with him...

I really like Lauzon, big,can skate, jumps up quite a bit, some bad pinches here and there and slightly indecisive at times but lots of talent to work with,I was a doubter ,not any more.

Players who looked good to me this weekend
McNeil was probably the best forward followed by Blidh,Fytin and Hughes.
Keep an eye on Hughes,he does alot of the little things right.
On D Vaakanainen was the top guy,Zboril, Lauzon and the Swede had their moments.
The effort from a few of Boston's higher end prospects left a lot to be desired ,yes its back to back nights, yes it's only 2nd game but I was hoping for more.
It would appear Vladar needs some work on glove side high, the rest of his game was near perfect this weekend, held the fort till overrun

Pretty surprised this team is 0-2...
Young team that will improve as the year goes on I would guess. They’ve lost Czarnik, probably the best player in AHL, Agostino who was a former AHL MVP and was a top ten forward in league last year, Tommy Cross a top AHL level defenseman and Binnington who was fantastic in net last year.

At this rate Vaaka, Vladar, Hughes, Zboril will be the 1st ones to see ice time with the parent team at some point this season.
