see, im really not a big fan of pete. that being said, i think this has more to do with the roster itself. way to slow on offense, which i believe also impacts things on the defensive side. they cant react to quick passes and are unable to get into position quick enough if there is a long pass which they have to move to cover. the backchecking ability is a factor as well obviously.

That's tmwhy the fourth line has looked ok they actually have nhl speed not one other line has it. Oh there is the extra. Point. And if we have a veteran team boy are they mentally fragile. So we get rookie mentality and old man speed. Worst of both worlds
