i think lauko is 1 of the 4 - didn't they change his designation at some point?
i don't know much about the cap, don't have enough time to learn all the ins and
outs of it. but seems like the emergency designation allows you to skirt the 4
player rule in some ways. i gotta think a lot of guys stay home on sunday.
