Blues PBP is one of the worst in the league.

VLC streaming works great, and doesn't seem to have the stuttering problems I used to have.

I can look into Twitch streaming, but my upload isn't very good, so it might now be worth it...

My upload is 15mbps and I still had issues while watching a stream in HD + streaming. Nothing major, but some quality spikes and a bit of choppiness randomly. Not as smooth as watching on VLC.
