Well that's more a problem of the Ducks general powerplay set up, not enough movement(players and puck) to give him passing opportunities.

Part of that is on him, because he's not moving either. You can't just rely on everyone else to move. When you're anchoring the point, you need to walk the line to open up lanes. I know he's capable of it, but he just doesn't seem to do it.

The entire unit on the whole has been less than impressive. He's as responsible as anyone else.
