I don't think the canucks have ever had so many good shooters on their team. Pettersson, Boeser, Toffoli, Miller, and Virtanen can all rip the puck, and they have a bunch who are not far behind either.

The most hopeful thing about this team right now is obviously balanced scoring. EP, Miller, Boeser, TT, Virtanen, Pearson, Horvat are all legit 20 goal scorers or more (Boeser's injury notwithstanding). add some significant offense from the blueline as well and some halfway decent production from the likes of Gaudette, Roussel and Sutter, and this team really can score from anywhere. Defense, now, is another story...

Probably from letting Tanev walk. Which I don’t agree with, but it’s my suspicion.

Damn was I ever wrong wrong about Miller..expected him to be good but he's blown me away with how much of a horse he's been, definitely been the most valuable and most consistent skater on the team (Markstrom is MVP).

Thought 60 points for him was a high estimate, gonna score 70 maybe 80 in his sleep. Crazy.

And also picked up a offensive defenseman like Ghost/Gustafsson/Barrie/DeAngelo.

I dont think Stecher will be resigned so hopefully attach a contract to him or a prospect like Woo at the deadline adding a top 4 defenseman while creating cap space for Toffoli.

Yeah, they're going to be feeling it and get boisterous in a game like this. The riots? Fair game, we'll probably never live that down, but the chants? Suck it up butter cups. Your team got curb stomped and our fans loved every minute of it.

Swap Leivo and Rooster. In terms of scoring probably but not fit. Usually, the 3C is a shutdown guy not someone weak in his zone which could be taken advantage of in a playoff series.

One of the Canucks' best games of the season. Good effort from start to finish; easily had most of the best scoring chances. Boston had plenty of shots on goal but not much in the way of open shots from the slot, rebounds, screens, etc.

Also helped that Rask started the game by allowing the worst goal that I've seen all season.
