But...but...but... Schwartz sucks, didn't you hear?
Great play by Schwartz at the 27 second mark
Who do you suggest playign 3rd line with Berglund and Stewart then? I think you aren't looking at Schwartz's whole game. He has flashes of Perron's agility with the puck. As long as Berglund and Stewart continue to produce I don't see why you would change that line up.
Inserting Dags into Bergs-Stew line is that Dags will take a lot more shots than Schwartz will which could possibly hinder the amount of shots Berglund or Stewart can take. Jaden Schwartz can create open ice and has a great work ethic. I say continue to let him play wing for Bergy and Stewy, let him get NHL experience. If it's not broken don't fix it.

Never said that, but good try.But...but...but... Schwartz sucks, didn't you hear?

I realize that being the least impressive forward on our roster still isn't bad because most everyone has been good, but he HAS been the least impressive. But if you have to compare him to Langenbrunner's 2 games or D'Agostini's 1 game with 8 mins of ice time to feel better about him, then so be it.
He's been alright, but not that impressive is all I have said.
But that doesn't matter, because his hockey sense!!
Pretty funny post game interview by Polak (1:30)

I'm of the mind that Schwartz should stay on the team, however, if you use coachs reasoning for why he put Frank on the Amac-Steen line was so that they would sort of "coach" him. I can't help thinkin why not do this same thing with Jaden by puttin him up with Backes & Osh??
Perron is pretty much makin his own way lately & would make stewart & bergy that much more dangerous AND I have been watching Schwartz' style of play & he plays more like he would be a damn good fit with Backes & Osh. He spent limited time on that line last spring & looked great!
Berglund has spent time with Perron in the past & they had some nice chemistry as well.
Just thinkin out loud. @ 1st my concern about his appearing to be a step behind was his development, but I did take what some of you said & really watched him more closely. I just couldn't help thinkin he would be more effective on Backes' line, his game seems to be made for that. He does hit hard for his size & backchecks really nice....I would love seein he backes & osh as a three man wrecking crew who can also score goals.
Or maybe i just shyaddup & let coach do his job....lol GO BLUES!!
I wouldn't hate seeing Schwartz swap with Perron. However, the caveat is Perron needs to be getting more minutes and Backes-Oshie are always going to get more minutes than Berglund-Stewart.
Backes and Oshie also face the opposing team's top line as well. Might not be the best idea to throw Schwartz into the fire so to speak. Berglund and Stewart have 5 and 4 points respectively, so it's not as if that line isn't producing.
As you said, let coach do his job
I thought the same but games vs. them are never easy and I don't think this one will be any exception. It's going to be a gritty game. The Blues have been playing on very little rest with 6 games in 9 days to start the season. All I know is, I feel sorry for the BJ's to face a fully rested Blues team on Thursday night.

Anyone else seeing the upcoming CBJ game as the "letdown game"? Multiple days of rest....road game against a seemingly harmless team that we are "clearly better" than. Yeah, that looks like a trap to me.
