Rask looked terrific last night ..Halak still looks a bit shaky to me, but he's still one of the best backups in the league

Halak was a little too loosey-goosey for my liking to start the game, but he found a groove and made some good saves as the game went on.

Helping to produce offense was never an issue with Donato. His play away from the puck and being strong on it continues to halt his progression.

Yeah, the Wild did not impress me either ..they played lackluster with a swiss cheese defense

Example # 212 as to why I rarely “buy into” any young player before I see him play 150 games or so.

Wild gave up as soon as the puck crossed their own blue line. Hate to see it.

the puck movement and passing sequences were top notch tonight though. This lineup plays it fast and loose and i enjoy it. Everybody was feeling it.

there were 3-4 clanged posts behind Halak too though, let’s not forget that. Those can be difference makers.
