No. Some players also take longer to develop, for different reasons & varying degrees. Look at the 1st/2nd+ seasons of the following players.

-Sedins were pretty crappy their first 3-4 seasons
-Barkov, had a slow start
-Duncan Keith until his 3rd season

No, but he should not be in the NHL at the moment. Ridiculous how the Wings aren't even letting him go play for Canada. I've said it all along, Ras is not NHL ready. I do not understand the benefit of having him up here not producing.

He does look more and more hesistant out on the ice, i'm not able to catch every game but he has looked worse each game. I dunno, i think it's just a mental thing though and he's probably overthinking a lot.

Too bad he can't be sent down to the AHL, i think he would benefit a lot from just finding his game and building confidence.

There's little benefit to having him play juniors. It is what it is.
