Question, since when is the 3rd line RW spot meant for a player who can provide offense?

You want to at least get something out of your third line. We've virtually had no production from them in the last year.

On this team? For several seasons now. For a long while now we've been running three scoring lines and with Schenn+Couturier stuck there we don't have much choice.
