Lucky to win that game. Thoroughly outplayed for long stretches. The third was a joke. Schneider was excellent all game. Schroeder very good - the twins too.

Still - zero confidence in this team after watching that. No way they can beat that STL team were they in a 7 game series with them.

To be fair, STL had several glorious scoring chances. It's not like they played poorly and were lucky to be in this game. They were the better team for long long stretches.

I'm seeing this as a 3-0 win for us. Both of their goals were ****ing ridiculous. Wide shot bounces off a shoulder and in? Wide shot hits Tanev in the face and right onto a Blue's stick on the other side of the net?

That's the sort of luck we don't get, and we still closed it out nicely.

Shot totals just mean nothing to me right now. See... I don't know, our last 10 games for that.
