I have this feeling that during the game, he is working with a video editor and watching game play. Maybe there are even questions that the player answers during review sessions to ensure that he is making the right decisions before sending him out there.

Are officials purposefully allowing more lenient play? Good for us if we are not taking penalties, but I feel like we were one of the better teams at drawing penalties last year?
