One positive thing. My buddy was at Queensway theatre yesterday and James Reimer was standing in the lobby waiting for someone. Best part, he was showing no visible limp. Funny part, that someone he was waiting on happened to be Ben Scrivens and they went in together to watch Side Effects.

I'd put Jay up with Kule/Grabo again, and have Komarov play with Kadri.

McClemment - Grabovski - Kulemin
Komarov - Kadri - MacArthur
McLaren - Steckel - Brown

or

MacArthur(he and Kadri had good chemistry though) - Grabovski - Kulemin
McClemment - Kadri - Komarov
McLaren - Steckel - Orr

Um, I think Kadri makes everyone look good that plays on his line.;)

I'd go with: McClement-Kadri-Mac

i like that better then having steckle or mclaren on the line but i think carlyle should try to keep offensive people together and defensive people together.

Anyone catch the Raptors game at the ACC last night?? The atmosphere was rocking, The crowd was just awesome. Chanting all kind of stuff. Most notably "refferees Suck" lol. WHy cant the leafs have this sort of crowd?? Kind of boggles my mind. The crowd is so dead in a leafs game.

Funny thing is probably half of the crowd are season ticket holders for both clubs.

Really? 1 game on a back-back and our 3rd game in 4 nights is a bad couple of games?

Dunno if you watched the games but they were sloppy with the puck, turnovers, not finishing their checks and breakaways. They were able to win because Scribbles made good saves but there were way too many good scoring chances in the first periods.

Just saw the Sabres getting ready to load on to their bus. Millers pads were just sitting on the sidewalk, no one particularly watching them.

I think they stay at the Novatel on The Esplanade. This was right outside The bier market in that area.

we won the games, but I wouldn't say we played "well" on most of them. Slow starts, gives aways in the first period, little offensive pressure. etc

How is the team not playing well when you had two straight shutouts?

we may have had a slow period in there somewhere, but the majority of the time we were playing great except for tuesday(which had scrivens playing twice in a row, which is rarely a recipe for success goaltending wise.)

we won the games, but I wouldn't say we played "well" on most of them. Slow starts, gives aways in the first period, little offensive pressure. etc

In the 2 shut-outs we gave up very few scoring chances, I think we only gave up 9 vs the Sens. That is what I consider playing "well". Maybe they weren't owning in offensive pressure, but they scored when they needed to and gave the other team's very little chances to score.

But that is the problem. We play 'good' because the goalie bails us out, but early on there are way too many scoring chances. Even Carlyle agrees with this.
