This is going to be a really tough back-to-back. The Penguins are playing some decent hockey with a lot of guys chipping in and without many weaknesses and Montreal are inconsistent, but on their good nights they're buzzing and creating lots of chances.

Both of these teams had the better of the Bruins last season, so it's time to start correcting the ledger.

Not to nitpick, but the Bs were 2-1-1 against Montreal last season.

Lol seriously? This conspiracy talking ridiculous. You realize they use algorithms to determine optimal schedules that factor in availability dates?

I'm surprised they didn't do Halak vs. Ottawa, then Rask tonight, then back to Halak tomorrow. Ottawa seems like a lay-up of a game and then usually you give your team the best shot with your starter on the first leg of the back-to-back. Pittsburgh and Montreal are pretty comparable as opponents.

I posted the exact same thing in Saturday's pre-game thread, but then looked at the numbers and was surprised to see that Rask has gotten shelled his last 5 games vs Pittsburgh. Halak faced them all 3 times last season and looked decent. Rask was better against Ottawa and Montreal.
