So it's either Gormley or Zadorov on that middle pairing with Barrie. I'm betting Zadorov. I know Holden's been playing there, but I can't see Roy playing Zadorov - Gormley on the third pair.

I don't have a big issue with Everberg's ice time but I do think he should be on the PK. Not sure why Roy doesn't seem to trust him a whole lot right now but hopefully that'll change soon. He's a very smart player who does a lot of little things right. I'd definitely rather have him over Tanguay on the PK. Then go from there.

He doesn't play special teams right now so that probably had something to do with the very limited ice time last time.

First time they've iced the best defensive unit possible. It'll be interesting to see what the pairings are, as Holden/Barrie has actually kind of worked.

Jack Skille is the only new guy to have scored a goal 9 games in. Don't think many would've predicted that before the season.

Everberg works hard, blocks shots and is excellent at clearing the zone but hasn't had a game where everything clicks for him. I don't mind him having a minor role and earn more minutes through his play.
