Not sure I get the Orlov hate here. 88 was a disaster, and literally took Orlov out of the play on the first goal.

Yeah, that was more on Schmidt for skating out of position and running into Orlov. Kind of surprised Orlov was benched for that, if he was.

Alzner and Niskanen are DOING WORK this playoff season.

No idea what's up with Justin Williams. He's been dreadful.

I'm not a Caps fan but watched everyone of your games and Williams does not look good out there. The puck dies on his and Burakovsky's stick too often

Burakovsky looks a lot better with Richards than he did on the 2nd line though

It's weird how Burakovsky looks better on a checking line in the playoffs. Oh well, I kind of liked that line tonight. Keep it going.

Yeah, Orlov got walked around but I'm not sure what Schmidt was doing their. At the very least, Orlov could have probably kept his guy going wide and if Schmidt and the back checker had washed out the other Penguin, I think Holtby can make an easy save. Instead its a 2v0 on Holtby essentially and he has to cheat for the potential cross.

To add to it, Crosby had no points and was -3. Backstrom had no points but was +2.

That definitely increases our chances of winning the game.
