Take Ohgren and Faber out. You've still got:Yeah, but 2 of those prospects came from a less-than-ideal transaction which dampers things a bit.
We're gonna need to score 5 here.
Boldy at 1C?
Well, one a game, so...How many games are we giving them to get 5 goals?
Ok, but once you get to ~#4/#5 they stop being special and I think maybe 2 of them were picks that weren't originally ours anyways. Just not sure how much extra credit is due that any other GM or scouting staff doesn't get from their own fanbase.Take Ohgren and Faber out. You've still got:
-Wallstedt
-Rossi
-Yurov
-Lambos
-Khusnutdinov
-Spacek
-Peart
-O'Rourke
-Hunt
-Beckman
I don't agree with that. Lambos, Khusnutdinov and Spacek are pretty great. O'Rourke is where it starts to be more mid level prospects.Ok, but once you get to ~#4/#5 they stop being special and I think maybe 2 of them were picks that weren't originally ours anyways. I don't know what to think about Spacek yet.I don't agree with that. Lambos, Khusnutdinov and Spacek are pretty great. O'Rourke is where it starts to be more mid level prospects.
Suter, who then forwards it to LeipoldWho do we need to send a text message to in order to get Walker up here?
Admittedly, I used that word pretty loosely. After #1 on that list I don't see much of anything special. Some 2nd pair d-men and middle-6 FWDs is all I see.
I've got Rossi and Yurov as potential 1st line players. After #1 on that list I don't see much of anything special. Some 2nd pair d-men and middle-6 FWDs is all I see.
And that's what scares me. It's something that won't be forgotten when it's time to talk extension.
