I can't believe this is going to happen, but if you think Dubas is going to give away any future for a one year rental when you can put together a top 9 like we have already, well, you have to give your head a shake.

people don't realize how good panarin is.
He’s really good, might even challenge for our third best forward. But is that a luxury we can really afford to spend assets on, with this defence?

I’m not paying nylander + for 1 year of panarin. That’s what is would cost he was a ppg player last year. Nylander has 2 61 pt seasons in the nhl at 22, at 22 panarin wasn’t even a 40 point Khler moving nylander to get panarin is exactly the move we will be so upset with when nylander is 25~

I don't think if we need him - as is our top 9 is stacked and it's going to cost us a lot (so no)

But this in turn Depends on the market for D men, which seemingly seems to be very pretty horribly lopsided towards sellars. If they could get Paranin for a reasonable cost it would at least be worth considering

If it's something like Kapanen, Borgman, 2019 1st and 2020 2nd for Panarin as a rental I would reluctantly accept. Gives us a real chance to go for it and each piece given up can be replaced internally.
