I take Fox easily.
Not that Chabot isn't good, but i don't like players spending this much time on losing teams. Those bad habits will halt development more often than not.

Fox is a genius level IQ and should be a top 5-10 D for a long time. I'd take him.
I would like to see what Chabot can do on a better team with star talent though. He hasn't played with great forwards since his sophomore year when he had Stone and Duchene to pass to. Had 55P/70GP that year.
Sens could get there one day if Stutzle and Batherson keep developing, but they aren't there quite yet. His production has been really good considering his quality of teammates. Only D to lead his team in points besides Hedman.
