I'd like Raffl at C even if he turns out to be below average at faceoffs. All 4 lines would be capable of handling defensive assignments.

Ghost doesn't require waivers. The can send him down and recall him whenever.

I knew he couldn't be claimed, but I also assumed if we were going to send him down for cap purposes it would have had to been done today to get the roster in by the deadline. Also, does the NHL have some type of silly rule where if you send someone down that they actually have to report to the minor league team, or is that just baseball?
