Is he a late birthday?

Because to be eligible for the 2017 draft you would have to be a late 1998 born, or a 1999 born. If he's WHL eligible next year (and already 13) I'm assuming he's a '98, being 2016 eligible.

No, but I like the scouting report of one of Jaromir Jagr's sperm, #227834016. Smooth skating motion, lots of puck poise, no off-ice issues yet and already 47 microns long. Potential top pick in the 2029 draft IMO. Hope he implants.
