Ol' Dirty Senators

Your team will never have the puck since we're the best possession team by a longshot. And if you do somehow have the puck, good luck scoring on the season's best goalie, Hellebuyck.

We'd have even higher scores if they were all based on this season.

Even worse for you, every single player is a stylistic fit on their line. Eye test, motherf***er.

Stupid question here

What voting format are we doing?

Do we just rank every team in each division or do we choose the top 3 in each division + wildcard teams?

I feel like I had a VERY clear top 14, a group of 4 that were pretty close and then the next twelve, so picking my playoff teams wasn't too hard but ordering them in the way I felt was most appropriate definitely was. Goaltending or forward talent ended up being where most teams got knocked a bit lower on my rankings. GMs drafted well!!!

The main complaint I saw about not doing a 32 team playoff was that we’d have strong teams knocked out early, and yet it seems like we’re going to have strong teams not even make the playoffs or get knocked out in the divisional rounds.

But I don’t think voters would change how they view teams just because there’s 31 different matchups. The teams on the outside right now would get voted out the first opportunity anyways.

I agree, this is fine. Really it only saves some teams from the Atlantic, and 1 or 2 from the west (depending on if wildcards are in) from getting bumped out in the first round is pretty much how I found it while ranking

Plus, doing it by division gives you top 3 in each, and from all the other teams, if is still easy to determine Wild Card, or just do top 4 in each division(something the league was already thinking of doing this year)

What's the deal with rosters missing players? They haven't picked or haven't updated their roster? Either way I'm ranking them lower.
