Help

I think Philly takes the offence, but is it just me who really dislikes their blueline

For those who voted Blues 1st in rankings, continue doing what you are doing.

For those who voted Blues 5th, reconsider how wrong you were and correct your mistake.

That is all.

How does @m0pe gain so many followers, he's like a cult leader.

I'm willing to bet he wins the GM award next game.

Probably. Every single pairing has above average zone exits, transitions/puck movement and shot generation in the offensive zone. Weegar and Johnson are both able to handle physical players well.

Krug-Weegar is legitimately good, Johnson has become underrated, Gustafsson remains underrated, and both Romanov and Foote have breakout potential for playoffs 2021 as legitimate top four players to supplant someone on second pairing.

And then you remember Krug is a powerplay god who gets to play with Ovechkin, Fiala and Stamkos on it.

I think the matchup with Vegas is fairly even.

Vegas has a touch more playoff experience (17-18 through 19-20), but scores at a slightly lower rate:

Forwards
Vegas 111 points in 208 games
Chicago 91 points in 151 games

D

Vegas 33 points in 106 games
Chicago 24 in points in 45 games

Might come down to a hot goalie.

I'm okay with losing to St. Louis, but looking at the two teams they are fairly comparable and ultimately the biggest problem is when you let a team trade up into the 1st round, you give them a massive advantage over other teams in the voting. In theory, two teams should have one position better than the other and vice versa, but Blues got to draft ROR and Hedman round 1. So, no chance to beat that.

Unless you're Vegas, who also traded up into round 1 look at that.

Philly would probably be in the same boat but Panda mixed up his teams.

Philly has both Stamkos and Ovechkin. The other team, Winnipeg, was dead in the water as soon as Ovechkin didn't join Josi.

So 3/3 of the teams who had two 1st round picks made it to at least round two.

Colour me shocked! Shame other GMs, shame.

MIN dealt down, missed playoffs.

BOS dealt down, missed playoffs.

CBJ dealt down and drafted as well as you could have considering, in a tight battle here but losing.

Vegas would comfortably be the hardest team in these playoffs to play against. They will absolutely crush any team physically, be stingy defensively, and I have the elite forwards... plus Big Ben in net

I wanted to be different Para

Also originally wanted a Panarin-Tavares-x line
