Sorry for the double post:

THE VANCOUVER CANUCKS HAVE TRADED KEVIN BIEKSA, MICHAEL GRABNER, AND A 3RD ROUND PICK IN 2010 TO BOSTON for MARC SAVARD.

The Canucks are now done barring anymore trades. We might be over the cap and need to trade Ryan Johnson.

Trade rejected. Savard has an NTC...I know the game is dead and all, but rules are rules.

Cody MacLeod is now a member of the Stars, as teh offer sheet was not matched.

No he doesn't/

You are correct in that there is no proof he has a NTC. But the trade is rejected anyway because it puts Vancouver over the cap. They would be at $56,233,333 without the contracts for Wellwood, O'Brien, and Coulombe, which I can't seem to find a post of them re-signing, although I recall Wellwood signing.

Plus, if the trade was not sent in to T_Cage, it is automatically rejected, as I stated many times early on that trades would be rejected if they were announced before approval.

It is rejected, and it's not because I wanted Savard. But honestly I couldn't care less, the game is dead and you can do whatever. Just stating the facts.

Freaking terrible. I'd shoot myself if that was the real 2009-10 roster.. First of all, you have 3 centers as your second line, the defense is TERRIBLE.... how does that even fit under the cap?

Marleau [6.3m] Thornton [7.2m] Setoguchi [1.246m]
Clowe [2.45m] - Pavelski [1.6375m] - Michalek [4.33m]
Axelsson [1.6m] - Pahlsson [2m] - Chimera [1.875m]
Shelley [.725m] - Mitchell [.8m] - Rypien [.55m]
*Jon Sim [.5m]

Boyle [6.67m] - Vlasic [3.1m]
Ehrhoff [3.1m] - Murray [2.5m]
Seidenberg [2m] - Lukowich [1.567]
*Rob Davison [.575m]

Nabokov [5.375m]
Sabourin [.575m]

I think I had like 25k of cap space left but whatever

Top 6 didn't change. I got rid of Cheechoo's fat ass contract for nothing so I think that was a success.

I made a pretty good checking line with Pahlsson and P.J.

4th line I like because of Rypien and Shelley, really tough.

Couldn't afford to re-sign Blake so the defence is a little worse but not that bad because I got Seidenberg pretty cheap.

Sabourin as a backup will be good as he played well in Vancouver and Pittsburgh.

Pretty sure Sim's cap hit should be 1 mill. But I really like your team.
