The Colorado Avalanche are very happy to announce the signing of Loui Eriksson to a 5 year deal worth an AAV of 6.25/year. Included in the deal is a full NTC in the first three years of the deal, and a limited NTC (allowing him to determine the 10 teams he would be willing to be dealt to) in the final two. We love Eriksson's two-way ability and consider him one of the top-5 defensive wingers in the game. He will make a great compliment and complete our Triple Crown line along with Gabriel Landeskog and Carl Soderberg.

Confirm. This moves ends the re-tooling of our defence going into next season. We wish Simon the best and know he will have lots of success in Tampa Bay. We're very happy to add an offensive defenceman of Anthony's ilk to the team, along with Oldham, who we think is a very underrated goaltending prospect.
