This guy is going to put up a ton of points this year as a 20 on a championship calibre Charlottetown team.
Should be a good addition for Laval in 2 years.

3 x 1st star selections
Islanders are 3 and O

Kinda difficult to top that start.

Islanders lost one 5 foot 7 star player after last season, but gained another :)

Is he a legit prospect or just another small great junior player?

He is an OA this season after all.

I would wait and see how he does in Laval next season and go from there.

Well he is going to need to make an impact early on as there are other center prospects well ahead of him on the depth charts.

19 points, 12 penalty minutes, 24 shots on goal, 55.9 % at face-offs, in October
19 points, 19 penalty minutes, 24 shots on goal, 55.1 % at face-offs, in November

I would say this player is very consistent LOL.

12 x multipoint games already this season
(7 x 3 point games, 4 x 2 point games, 1 x 4 point game)

Could be looking at the next Desharnais? Habs fans s**t all over him but for a time he was actually an effective offensive NHL player. Always tough to gauge if these undersized scoring machines will top out at Corey Locke or actually make it.

Simoneau has a really good motor , lots of skill and isn't shy to engage in contact. Still lots of questions though

Desharnais was a fine player, he just wasn't slotted appropriately. Plus he seems like a stand up guy, always liked him. Then again I loved MAB and Grabovski while they were here, I love players that have that game breaking talent even if they have deficiencies!
