Don't know much about Evgeny other then he was a 1st round pick in 2015 and has had major injuries problems over the years.

Played with Dubois in Cape Breton, that would be his in to the team. Don't know what you are getting, after knee surgeries, hence the PTO.

Good addition in my opinion. Scouting report is a heavy shot, might help the PP.

Seems like a good no risk, possible reward signing. Reminds me of Tangradi a little bit, but maybe he can impress in training camp and make my intuition sound silly.

Anything before camp are informal skates that aren’t team sanctioned. You could skate with members of the Jets if the players asked you to.

kid is an absolute beauty. Seems like a nice guy as well. I remember when his first contract was signed he apparently sent back his entire signing bonus to his parents.

seemed well liked among the wings players but injuries really put him in a tough spot. Hope he can go to your organization and grab a spot because he has a lot of great tools.

Said it before, but this signing has all the hallmarks of a True North cultural signing. Great kid from the sounds of it, good heart & character player, team guy, Dubois connection......really fits the mold of the type of asset that could thrive here. Really smart move.
