This table has been added to OP, as well. The headlines, for me: Sporting-Atalanta, SC-Freiburg-West Ham, Marseille-Brighton (very excited for this one), and Villarreal-Rennes.

Then and there
Brighton's troubles continue as Marseille scores twice in quick succession. First CB Mbemba finishes almost like a poacher after some nice passing, then Rongier scores after a decisive run into box.

Dunk certainly hasn't played like an England international level defender.

Hopefully the 12th L1 team manages to hold on and beat the 6th ranked of the Farmers league. :)

Marseille away was always a tough away day. I went into this wanting a point. Brutal start but we battled back and I'm happy with the point.

USG is very tall

Speaking of tall people - Ryan Gravenberch makes it 1-0 with his first goal for LFC. He’s been their best player today

Villareal was the better team in the first half and rightfully lead 1-0 at HT.
Rennes the better team in the second half but just got a bogus penalty. Hopefully VAR calls it off because that's not a pen.

VAR got the right call and Rennes doesn't get that ridiculous penalty.
They have to score though, they deserve it.

Rennes finally get the chance to get a deserved draw with a penalty in the OT (this one was a real penalty).
Terrier wanted to shoot it after a 6 months break. With zero surprise, he missed it.
