Saw the news on my phone and literally giggled like a school girl - got some funny stares. Thank GOODNESS!
He said that he knows a few people in the Avs organization and told me that Pierre wants Patrick Roy as coach and GM. I cannot see Roy as both, but I could see Roy as coach and assistant GM.

Wow well he might be right I can see it happening even more-so now
Who is evaluating PL? The guy has no one to answer to. It's still possible he fires or re-titles Sherman, but I don't think either will be out of the organization.
Bender is suspiciously absent today.
Maybe he IS Pierre Lacroix?!?!?

Id be thrilled to have Roy as head coach cause i feel like players will be really scared and intimidated by him given his reputation and attitude. This way we'll see at team that will come out and play the full 60 minutes every night.
does PL fire these higher-up guys? Or is Kroenke the one?
I hope they have a contingency plan this time, remember what happened the last time they went after Roy...
That they've stuck with Sacco for so long has made me wonder if they've had Roy in their sights for some time. I guess we'll find out soon enough.

Let the Patrick Roy Speculation intensify
I can see why they gave Sacco some cost certainty with a 2 year deal and another shot considering how long hes been with the organization and how close the team came last year.
Obviously this team wasn't in it from the outset of the year.
I think our chances ended with Landeskog's concussion.
