It's incredible that an official can watch that and neither award a pen nor give yellow for simulation.

Either you think the keeper caught his heel and knocked it into his other leg and thus it's a clear pen, or you think there was no contact and Rashford tripped himself in which case it's a clear yellow for simulation.
