I get a little batty though that he has to say EVERY NAME A PLAYER HAS. You can say Niederreiter, you don't have to always say Nino Niederreiter. But he's awesome, so it's ok

I like Beyak as well. Never had a problem with his favourite sayings. He has a good hockey voice, is a bit of a homer and knows the team. 100 X's better then when the other station broadcasts a game.

The first season the Jets were back, I wasn't too fond of Beyak... but that quickly changed. Now when I get Sportsnet coverage I long for Denis' sweet voice.

Anyone who doesn't love a good Beakism isn't a true Jets fan...Its nice to have a guy with some personality color commentating...I do miss his Sheriff Shane Knighty introductions...I always got the impression from The Sheriff that Beyak annoyed him....anyone else?

Am I the only one who is bothered by the way he uses "give and go"? Drives me right up the wall!

I SCREAM AT THE TV EVERY TIME!!!

A give and go is when you make a short pass to a player and then you take off, and get it back. It's a way of beating a defender. A pass back and forth is not a give and go, especially on the PP.

NO ONE IS GOING ANYWHERE, DENNIS!!!

The other one that really grates me is 'Grabs it off'.

What the f*** does that even mean? Nonsensical.
