Why was Fernholm ever on the team? It would be as bad as having Petrasek on the team.

I have the feeling the Hedman-Viklund pair is gonna struggle, especially if the feel that's gonna be the pairing to go against some of the best.

No offense to Thuresson and Lindholm, but it's gonna be interesting to see what Järnkrok can do against top competition with a pure sniper like Gynge.

All in all, feels like we're gonna battle Finland for fourth this tourney, though.

I'm high on the forwards, a lot of speedy goalscorers with slick playmaking centers. But big questionmark for the defense, I really only trust Kronwall as a safe card.

What's the deal with Finland not icing more NHL talent on their roster

I thought this was on their home turf

Am I the only one who thinks Finland's team is a bit boring? We sure have most of the most potential WC-team candidates but what about the youth players? It's a fact that the young players are not part of Jalonen's team-building culture. I understand some of those will get their chance in next tournaments but all in all there is only one 90-born player. A smallish dman Eronen. Why not try Hakanpää?

imo you're right about hakanpää...

but to which players beside hakanpää are you referring too?

Barkov very talented and good player but very young, so others like lehkonen etc.

maybe Armia you could take in the team.....he had strong start and then slowed down a little....

pulu and ma granlund out of question...
