Funny that Babcock used Froese as a defensive centre last year, but when with the Marlies he has been a scoring stud. 12 goal with 2 this afternoon.

He's kind of rough defensively though. However, the Marlies as a whole are rough defensively and he doesn't really look much worse than the rest so...

He just needs time to overcome those rookie type of mistakes. This year & probably most of next year to learn the defensive game at this level. Maybe TDL of 2018?

I agree but he has been very sharp so far today. He made a very nice read on the pk to steal the entry pass and he has been breaking up plays with alacrity 5 on 5.

Keep on doing that Andrew.
