Please get Berhalter the f*** off the sideline and do it before Tuesday. Embarrassing that he was the choice for manager. Why in the world are Zardes and Trapp still starting, or even playing, for the MNT? Why wasn't Sargent starting and playing at least 60? Sure, it hurts that guys like Yedlin, Tyler Adams, and Tim Weah were hurt and unavailable but Mexico toyed with the US like it was varsity vs JV.

The US Soccer Federation has had a real banner last few years: fail to qualify for the men's World Cup, waste all of 2018 by dragging their feet to select a coach, choose everybody's last choice as manager for the men, and then taint the women's World Cup victory with their poor handling of the pay dispute. Nice job.

That was a brutal, embarrassing loss. Not competitive at all. Couldn't keep shape, couldn't keep up with Mexico's speed, couldn't really do anything.

They were clearly holding back and just absorbing the US attack in the first. In the 2nd they're looking to counter more and press a bit.

Dest is the only US player out there that looks world class, imo.

Yep. They were missing a few guys but started an A squad.

Friendlies don’t mean squat IMO, regardless of lineups, unless they are immediate tune ups for major tournaments and even then they don’t mean much. The intensity just isn’t there because the results mean absolutely nothing and players really don’t want to risk getting injured playing for nothing.
