Looks like he did decently taking away the pass across the ice. But he also had to try to cover the trailing player because Henrique and Cammy didn't make it back.

i was hoping he was going to give up the body for the shot and get down in front of trocheck

he gave cory the shot. the game is a lot faster in this situation and yes, sometimes players make 'wrong' decisions but greene was just playing hockey and a goal happened

I don't even know if it was lazy. Henrique isn't that fast regardless plus he was probably one of the deepest players as that rush started. Cammy was in deep as well, basically started out in the corner as Henrique lost it in front. And given what we've seen so far he's not too speedy this season either. That's the dangerous part of 3 on 3, they committed too far into the Panthers' end and paid for it.

It is always 100% correct to take away the pass and leave the shooter to the goalie in that situation and any d-man that doesn't should have their contract revoked.

It is always 100% correct to take away the pass and leave the shooter to the goalie in that situation and any d-man that doesn't should have their contract revoked.

Especially on a 3 on 1. Play the potential pass(es) and hope Schneider can take the shot. Tough rebound to give up but it's hard not swallow up the puck on a play like that.

Need to see the overhead again but Camm was coasting from the blue line in on that play. I don't bag on guys much but he's getting on my nerves.

Zacha's goal was a beauty, need to see that again.

Of all the things to complain about you really have to go out of your way to complain about Fiddler. He's been fine. There are much bigger concerns.

I agree. He has been turning the puck over and exhibiting some cement feet while he's at it.

On one hand we lost and it sucks, on the other hand the Devils were down 3-1 that they will get a point out of this game. On one hand Devils top goal scorers from last year stink and it sucks, one the other hand Devils have balanced scoring and Zajac and PA have 4 each.
