Hopefully as I expect this deal will end up happening in the offseason now that the Devils purged Vanecek. Maybe Markstrom will do them a favor and request a trade and that he'll only waive for NJ. LOL

I'd like to see him come to the Devils, just not at the cost of Holtz. 35 year old goalies should never come with too high a price, even in these dark days...

Lost Toffoli trade (Toffoli's metrics CLEAR) despite an unsustainable shooting heater from Yegor (who's metrics have not gotten any better contrary to belief)

Really have to do some mental gymnastics to get to this conclusion. Sharangovich would lead the Devils in goals, is 6 years younger than Toffoli, is cheaper and faster not to mention that Conroy added a pick that is looking great in the NCAA.

Maybe find yourself a new hobby because you don't seem much good at analyzing NHL trades.
