I'll admit it, I walked out at the OT buzzer. I just couldn't take this **** anymore after 0-18. I always tell myself to avoid the shootout but inevitably I couldn't, until tonight. Maybe I'll have to leave before the shootout all the time now.

I thought we'd either get blown out and humiliated by them (or shutout) or win in a shootout.

I hinted at it in the GDT, by bringing up them being our last shootout win.

I always planned to use the first goalie who lost to us in the shootout, as my avatar. I've been wanting to do it since last year, but never got a chance.

I did it with Halak in the preseason, which I admit was bush league of me.

They said it was changed and Merrill got the assist. Was it changed back?

Not that I know of. I just remember it being listed as unassisted right after it happened.

It was mentioned later it was changed to a Merrill assist, and NHL.com has it listed as Ryder from Merrill. So yes. Merrill with a point tonight.
