I don't think Hronek has this kind of value, he is project as a second line RD with high offensive instinct but low defensive instinct.
Cirelli is already projected as a next Couturier, so no the value is not fair imo.

Fine and Tampa can lose Cirelli to an offer sheet.

If I was Tampa, that would probably be preferable. I also doubt it would come to that if Cirelli was actually made available, since he'd probably be the most sought after C on a market with plenty of teams interested in him.

Our need on the blue line is deeper than that at center

No thx

You don't solve any teams cap troubles by giving them a good asset

They pay you to take away their problem/issue or else you say no thx and good luck

Ehh, we can draft Drysdale, whereas anybody else there at #4 is a risk of ending up as a winger, not a center.

Down the middle we look grim as f***.

Ugh,

No other GM wants to see Tampa(or anyone else) stay at the top

That means no other GM will do another a "solid"

Of course Tampa(or other) can do nothing.

IF Tampa moves out anyone for cap reasons, the return will be ziltch or next to it. The benefit will be the cap space and that's literally all.

It may suck but it's a fact

Our defence at the NHL level and prospect are 10x worse.

It's easier to find, draft or develop centers then dmen, especially since we will be picking top 4 each of the next 3 years (hopefully) where centers tend to be more abundant.

Take Drysdale at 4th then? Hronek would be 3rd pairing under Drysdale and Schnider

It's not that the Lightning shouldn't consider all options. If Cirelli is going to be moved, though, presumably any prospect or NHLer received in return needs to be exempt from the expansion draft.
