Yes it does. Stone, Hayes, Simmonds value just went up.Does this force Nill to make another trade?

If you prorate the time,it’s like getting a 20 1st rounder returnSo basically the Rangers got a 2nd and a 3rd pick from Dallas for 40 minutes of Zuccarello. Luckily, I think this has sealed Jim Nill's fate, so at least there's that upside, lol.
Doubt Zucc plays another game for Dallas this year. Stars have no more draft capital to make a trade, Benn is hurt as well.
Could maybe finish his career with Dallas on a point per period pace lol
Why? We have games into early April and then potentially playoffs.
I've never had a bone heal in 4 weeks.
I think theres a 50+% games played clause. Now imagine if Zuccarello actually has to miss the reminder of the season + playoffs, and somehow, the Stars make it to the WCF.

Do the math. It says AT LEAST 4 weeks and there are only about 5 weeks left in the Stars season.
It's entirely feasible that it takes that long to recover and considering there are about half a dozen other mediocre teams fighting for a spot, it wouldnt be surprising for the Stars to drop out of the playoff race given their usual play this time of the year.

Four weeks from now is March 24. There will be seven regular season games left in the Stars season should Mats Zuccarello return then.
Plus, lets chill on the timeline once a doctor looks at him and he gets an X-Ray, its all pointless speculation at this point.
If it's broken he's done for the season. Put a fork in it.Again, if its actually broken it will likely be more than 4 weeks. Not trying to be negative this is just how bones work.
