Well, if I had to choose between an absolute 100% ban on alcohol vs an absolute 100% ban on marijuana I'd ban alcohol for sure.

No, you can be banned for life from entry if you're a Canadian citizen and admit to using marijuana to an American border agent. US needs to update their drug policies first. The NHL doesn't do thorough tests for recreational drug use anyway, it's a joke among the players.
