What Atalanta can say after those two PSG official games :
- Verratti is on a mission. Absolutely amazing.
- Marquinhos seems completely out of sync.
- Silva and especially Kimpembe are in good form
- Di Maria is out of it, but since he's suspended, that's good news for PSG (Sarabia hopefully).
- Mbappe out means a 4-3-3 which is the best system for Verratti.
- Gueye sucks even worse than before the Covid beak.
- Dagba is injured, Kehrer is injured so left footed Kurzawa played RB and refused to use his right foot.
- Still no Bernat so Bakker played LB again.
- Icardi nowhere to be found, but as usual if he gets a good chance, he'll bury it.
- PSG are in friendly mode form. They look absolutely horrible.

Then and there
Thiago Silva injured in the Coupe de la Ligue final....

Verratti said in the post-game interview that both Silva and Marquinhos are okay, and in the title celebrations Silva was smiling and didn't looked concerned. at all. Neymar run the celebrations show, but Mbappe in suit seemed surprisingly positive as well.

Atalanta has shown great form in Serie A in the last month. Should have beat Juventus. I think they have a great chance the go to the final. Juve can never be counted out this year with Ronaldo in mid season form. I'd love to see a Juve Atalanta final, would be only the second time in history two Italian teams met in the final (Juve Milan 2003). Would love to see Real Madrid beat ManCity and then Juve beat Lyon so we have a Juve Real Madrid quarter final. That would be epic.

Yeah hopefully wr get to see a Juve/Real matchup.
I mean it's not like we're treated to that matchup once every two years. ;)

UEFA has managed to create a new rule that is unfair to half the QF qualified teams :
the yellow cards will be resciended, but not for the already qualified teams.
Meaning that for instance, Di Maria can't play against Atalanta.
But someone getting a suspension in the Juve/Lyon game for example won't be suspended... :dunno:

FFS.....
Two of PSG's three best players are out. Di Maria also out. Kehrer, Dagba, Bernat all doubtful...

But hey Neymar is healthy !

So Juventus, Serie A champion (easily) is facing Lyon, 14th ranked in L1, having played 1 competitive match in 4 months, and Szczesny is saying he's expecting "another Ronaldo miracle" to put them through. He also adds it's tough without the fans.

Man these guys are watching too many Hollywood movies.

They always pretty much play like underdogs throughout their history.
