James is several inches taller and can guard almost any position at an elite level. It's not though. Jordan was a lockdown defender.

But doesn't do on regular basis. I can't give him credit for something he might do. Jordan is the superior player defensively of the two, there is no arguing that.James is several inches taller and can guard almost any position at an elite level.
Jordan wasn't giving close to 100% on the defensive end. You may want to rewatch some of his games. But doesn't do on regular basis. I can't give him credit for something he might do. Jordan is the superior player defensively of the two, there is no arguing that.
I really don't.Jordan wasn't giving close to 100% on the defensive end. You may want to rewatch some of his games.

Lebron has been a great player but that complete choke job in 2011 is all you need to see.
I wish people would stop trying to compare them... Jordan was just simply perfect... 6-0 in the finals is just to hard to live up to.
and didn't constantly give up on plays. And Jordan was better then LBJ defensively
Seriously. Jordan almost won the Scoring championship each season with the bulls while maintaining top level defensive play.Really? Cause he was a DPOY to his name, not to mention he won said award while also winning MVP and the scoring title. SO not only was he the best defensive player in the league that year, he did so while being the best offensive player.
Jordan was also 9x all-defensive first team, last season he made it he was 35. LeBron hasn't made the first or second defensive team since he was 29.
I don't really care what the media votes for. The notion that a 6'5 player is the best defensive player in the league was, and still is ridiculous.Really? He was listed at 6'6, yes. He is over an inch shorter in reality.Jordan is 6'6.
Who's reality? He was listed at 6'6, yes. He is over an inch shorter in reality.
Most NBA players inflate their height by wearing shoes when measured. Some even add over an inch. From what I've seen Jordan is 6'4 3/4''Why is he Shorter in reality?
Which players don't inflate their height? Most NBA players inflate their height by wearing shoes when measured. Some even add over an inch. From what I've seen Jordan is 6'4 3/4''
I think LeBron is like 6'7.5, listed at 6'8Which players don't inflate their height?
