They want to call it that way, fine. Call it both ways. Setting the standard there means there should have been a considerable amount more of penalties on both teams.

Right. Wilson clearly is not much of an agitator or enforcer anymore. Williams, Oshie, Kuz, Beagle, and Orlov have been much more active in stirring things up.
