This group is more impressive as a whole than last night's group, in my opinion. Forwards are really flying around.

Sabres are playing to survive games. Not only will that team really suck, but Nolan is going to make it as boring as possible.

I wish Wilson was playing so he'd finish him off for the season this time. Guy needs to learn to stop turning his back away, he'll get nailed everytime.

It isn't a matter of "learning." He does it on purpose to draw calls. He gets a pat on the back from the coaches for that ****.

I would also point to the difference in competition if not for the fact that the Caps team came out charged and dominated possession and territory for a good long time to start the game.

When was the last time he had actual control of the puck? Haven't seen it this game. Kuznetsov vs Burakovsky for 2c is closer than Johansson vs Kuznetsov for 2c IMO. Mojo needs to go.

It's funny how nobody is mentioning him as a 6,7 or 8d candidate. I love how he plays, I wish he wasn't waiver eligible. I'd take him over Hillen, Erskine and Schilling.

Conner seems decent. Brown & Mitchell okay on the forecheck. O'Brien maybe a depth AHL center. Not much positive worth mentioning re: the regulars aside from Fehr.

I liked Schilling's game last night. The lack of mobility of Oleksy & Erskine would be an issue in a more active system.
