I feel as though referees are doing their best to make sure the Capitals don't get PP goals.

I just can't understand how a team getting this good of possession and this many chances can't buy a call.

It's so frustrating being a Caps fan. So many of the goals we concede are avoidable. We just seem to switch off a lot. I wish we could bring some of the composure and craft we have on the PP to 5on5 as well
