2nd and 3rd for Stillman

Thanks Benning

Now lets move Poolman. At least management is committed now.
Cost a 3rd rounder coming in and a 2nd rounder going out.

Vs a buyout and eating around $900k of dead cap for the next 4 seasons.

Wonder if the Canucks are ready to move a left side asset like Rathbone, since our logjam of bottom pairing left side guys just grows. Dermott/Stillman/Rathbone/Wolanin. Even Burroughs in practice the other day

Traded a 2nd rounder to ditch ~$1M in salary and move around depth pieces. Another LS defenseman for the collection.

It could have been worse, I guess. I was hoping they would stop trading futures to ditch salary.

Franchise just messed up cap wise.

Don’t know what happened to Dickinson here but he was severely lost out there. We got a young defensemen so I guess there’s that.

Move a body into his spot.

Could I be less impressed? I do not think so.

Not a fan of the deal…thought Dickinson was a good bounce back candidate…would have rather flogged off Poolman. May have cost less than a 2nd rounder for a team in need of a defenseman.
