I have your gold medal Zippy!
My fantasy world involves 'other things'.Yes it's pretty much fantasy world. Could see Pulock moving on though potentially with Mayfield and Dobson on the right side in NY

The price for Pulock would likely be Miller or Garland. And I would heavily consider it if we could take about an extension with him beforehand.Yes it's pretty much fantasy world. Could see Pulock moving on though potentially with Mayfield and Dobson on the right side in NY

I'm not sure Hamonic has that much value to make much of a difference in any trade (unlike Miller).I can see JT + Hamonic being a package that gets shopped for an upgrade at RD next off-season.
OEL MyersWith Poolman, Hamonic and Schenn out, this already gross defence becomes putrid.

Our culture is infectiousPrior to that play against Colorado, Poolman had taken 2 PIM in his last 60 games including playoffs. Weirdly out of character.

If you take out Green's mandate to "slide toward the puck carrier and miss the cross-crease pass, so that it results in wide open high-danger chances", I would agree. He's actually been pretty steady for that cap hit
Might be one of the worst dmen offensively I have ever seen.
I have. I've also seen Gudbranson hit the net and score a couple goals. Haven't seen that from Poolman yet. Then you haven't seen Erik Gudbranson.
Was he a #5 in the Peg? He was the only minus defenceman they had and scored a point every 10 games or so. He got icetime due to covid so hard to determine actual useThat's the depressing thing as a Canucks fan....generally you'd have to say that the new guys coming in have been pretty steady from the outset. Poolman is a solid #5 who can move into the top four in a pinch....just what you'd expect from a $2.5m cap hit. And no arguments with OEL and Garland either.
But the rest of the core that Benning has built....yikes! This team is at a point where even when they actually make a decent trade or UFA signing, they're still bad.
You don’t need to pay 2.5 for a bottom paring guy. You haven’t learn about from this Benning 8 year disaster have youHe's actually been pretty steady for that cap hit
Defensively he is not bad, but could show more. Offensively though, don't even bother passing him the puck in the O zone. Might be one of the worst dmen offensively I have ever seen.
